July 15 Now, the problem is you are overweight and unhappy about it. Fine. That is obvious. The solution, then, would be to lose weight. Fine, that, too, is obvious. Question. Why are there so many diet books on the market if all one has to do to lose weight is to stop eating so much? What would happen if you, for one week's time, ate only what you felt your caloric intake should be in order to maintain good health? Would you substitute a new addiction for the old one? Or would you do the more difficult thing and begin to address your inner psychological issues?
